Use of GLP Control
Take one capsule of GLP Control per day.
Optimal intake is 15-30 minutes before one of the main meals. It is recommended to choose the largest meal of the day (with the highest fat or calorie content). Swallow the tablets whole with 2 large glasses of water (at least 500 ml).
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can open the GLP Control capsules and stir them into water.
Recommended dosage:
Take one capsules once a day, unchewed, with two large glasses of water, approx. 15 to 30 minutes before a meal (lunch or dinner). You can find more information here.
