How much should I take and how do I do it?
Take one capsule daily, without chewing, with two large glasses of water.
When should I take the capsule?
Take the capsule about 15 to 30 minutes before a meal, such as breakfast or dinner.
I can't swallow a capsule.
If you have difficulty swallowing the capsule, you can open it and mix the contents with drinking water.
